1. Brief

Using work generated from the Publishing Platform Brief 02, we should create a group project presented as a Volume of outcomes.

 

2. Team work distribution

After the first group meeting, after discussion, everyone assigned positions according to their respective areas of expertise. The specific work content is distributed as follows:

 

Dylan: BRAND DESIGNER/STRATEGIST “Personal web link”

Do graphic and visual design work. Font design, poster design, logo design. And assist with other visual tasks.

Ann: CREATIVE DIRECTOR“Personal web link”

Control the overall plan of the team, be responsible for the overall planning of time, and coordinate the work content of the team members. And web design and graphic design.

Ruolin: WEB/ CODING DESIGNER/ SPACE ORGANISER“Personal web link”

Responsible for web design, video production and other coding related technical work. To bring functionality to the design form/space.

Kong: SOCIAL MEDIA / MARKETING/ COPYWRITER

Responsible for the marketing of the finished product display, and write the plan. In addition, we will compile and typeset relevant texts such as meeting minutes and report pages.

After discussion, we formed the team’s name-“dark” based on the initials of the team members’ names. Interestingly, “dark” fits the colour tone of the song The mercy seat.

 

3. Thinking collision

First of all, make sure that our user group is the audience, fans and people who want to know this type of music to show and promote the song The mercy seat

 

Everyone in the team put forward their own ideas, and after integration, a preliminary plan was established.

After the discussion, we decided to re-edit and mix the song The mercy seat, and re-mix and edit everyone’s work according to the rhythm of the song.

 

4. Thinking iteration

After discussing with tutor, we found that while mixing works, we also need to preserve the integrity of their respective works. Therefore, on the basis of the original remix video, we incorporate an interactive website to display our respective works. And to promote on the streaming media platform.

7. Minutes of the meeting
